Hasner ad star attacks Frankel while sitting on the toilet [VIDEO]
When attacking your opponent for wasting taxpayer money, what better place to be sitting than on the ultimate waste depository: the toilet.
That’s where Republican congressional hopeful Adam Hasner places the star of his latest ad attacking former West Palm Beach Mayor Democrat Lois Frankel. The two are facing off in a newly created Florida district. Frankel has the edge, but a Public Policy Polling poll released Wednesday shows Hasner, the State House majority leader, trailing by a mere three points.
“That Lois Frankel is something,” says the female star of Hasner’s new ad. The camera shows only her head as she speaks directly to the camera. “She gave herself a 40 percent pay raise; charged us for a police helicopter ride to go to a dinner party. But the worst part? Frankel spent over $13,000 in taxpayer money on a marble shower in a private bathroom with her own toilet.”
“What a waste. All that money right down the drain for her own personal use,” the woman says, as she leans over to flush the toilet.
The camera zooms out, to show that’s she’s been sitting on the porcelain throne all along.
“When you gotta go, you gotta go,” she says. “But that’s just ridiculous.”
