Harvey Weinstein sold his Westport, Connecticut, home for $1.65 million just days before The New York Times published its damning report accusing the movie tycoon of sexually assaulting and harassing scores of women in the industry.

Weinstein, who is worth $130 million, purchased the home in 1995 for $285,000, and his profit may help bolster the legal bills he's facing amid a growing list of sexual assault and harassment allegations from scores of women in the film industry.

In addition to legal fees and potential payouts to his purported victims, experts have said that the mogul could face criminal liability over his alleged behavior -- and Weinstein has since tapped celeb attorney Patty Glaser.

Weinstein and his now-estranged wife, who were wed in Westport, also own two other properties in the idyllic New England beach town, which have yet to hit the market.

Still, Weinstein appears cleaning up his portfolio real estate holdings -- his family's Hamptons estate has also been listed for a whopping $12.4 million, although it wouldn't be surprising to see a significant price chop after more news of Weinstein's behavior continues to emerge.
