DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / July 13, 2016 / United Cannabis Corporation (CNAB) (the "Company" or "United Cannabis") today announced that its partner, the nation's model cannabis dispensary, Harborside Health Center ("Harborside"), has made delivery of its full-spectrum cannabinoid therapy protocol - Prana Bio Nutrient Medicinals - and its Bubbleman affiliated products available to customers in 35 cities and municipalities in the State of California, including Oakland, Alameda, Berkeley, San Leandro and Emeryville.

United Cannabis, through its subsidiary UCANN California Corporation ("UCANN CA"), and together with Harborside has been distributing its products in California for the past two years. Initially launched as a "boutique" pop up in Harborside's Oakland dispensary, the companies expanded their partnership this past March, providing Harborside exclusive license and distribution rights throughout California.

Under the terms of the expanded agreement, Harborside will deliver United Cannabis products - including the entire Prana Bio Nutrient Medicinal line and Bubbleman affiliate's Full Melt Bubble Hash, Dry Sift and Flower Rosin - to patients in more than 35 cities and municipalities. Longer term, Harborside will provide delivery services throughout the State.
