Happy 40th Birthday, Anna Faris! Here Are 5 Reasons We Love Her

Anna Faris can turn your head just as quickly as she can make you double over in laughter. And since she’s turning 40 today, we are appreciating both her stunning looks, her excellent sense of humor, and a few more stand-out qualities. Here are five reasons why we love Anna Faris:

1. She makes us laugh. Whether it’s spoofing Scream in 2000’s Scary Movie or spoofing the dumb blonde stereotype in 2008’s The House Bunny, Faris is always funny, even if it’s at her own expense. Right now, you can catch her opposite Allison Janney on the CBS comedy Mom.

2. She’s got an awesome partner-in-crime aka husband. Faris married Chris Pratt in 2009 and they quickly became one of those power couples who seem ridiculously down to earth. And what about this quote in which Pratt describes his wife?: “Our relationship has made me believe in divine intervention and destiny.” Swoon. #RelationshipGoals anybody?

3. She’s an awesome mom. Faris had Jack in 2012, two months premature. He later had to have eye surgery but is in excellent health these days. He’s also an adorable up-and-coming glasses model. Case in point:

4. She looks good anywhere. From casual Insta pics to red carpet glamour, Faris always nails it. And if we had to guess, will continue to nail it.

5. She’s unqualified… and by that we mean she hosts a podcast called “Unqualified,” which gives out “not-so-great relationship advice from completely unqualified Hollywood types.” It’s funny. Listen here.
