New Hannahville police chief takes Oath of Office

HANNAHVILLE, Mich. (WJMN) — The Hannahville Tribal Police Department formally introduced their new police chief after he was sworn into office last month.

Jeff Hensen rose his right hand on April 16 to become the new chief of police, according to a release from the department. We’re told staff are confident in his integrity and commitment to the job, saying he has “years of dedicated service in corrections and a passion for community policing.”

You can find the latest updates from the department on their Facebook page or website.
