Two-time NBA All-Star Manu Ginobili never wants to leave San Antonio or the Spurs, but he’s up for trading in some real estate. The 39-year-old Argentinian with four championship rings has put his longtime home in Alamo City up for sale at an even $2 million.

The large one-story home, built in 2004, measures in at 6,185 square feet and comes with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms.

Inside, you’ll find exposed wood ceiling beams, a huge circular-shaped kitchen, a luxury master bathroom, a game room (still equipped with an air hockey table), large walk-in closets, and several fireplaces.

Outside, there’s an exquisitely manicured back yard with a lily pond, a pool, and a rubble stone path leading into a rustic (and chic) wine cellar.

Ginobili has owned the home almost as long as he’s been with the Spurs, with records indicating that he started paying taxes on the million-dollar Mediterranean at the end of 2005. After a few seasons playing pro hoops in Italy, Ginobili joined the Spurs in 2002, and is likely to retire as a Spur, as he dribbles out the final years of a distinguished basketball career.
