'Halt and Catch Fire' series finale sneak peek: Love and work don't mix

Two minds are better than one? Not necessarily, in the case of Halt and Catch Fire‘s Joe MacMillan (Lee Pace) and Cameron Howe (Mackenzie Davis).

The AMC tech drama comes to a close after four seasons on Saturday in a two-hour finale. The two core couples of the series — Joe and Cameron, Gordon (Scott McNairy) and Donna (Kerry Bishé) — have been through many ups and downs as they’ve ridden the roller coaster of the computer and internet industries.

In this exclusive sneak peek, Joe and Cameron are once again working together in the wake of Gordon’s death — and once again butting heads. They’re trying to optimize Comet for the forthcoming Netscape browser, which they believe will completely alter the browser landscape (history spoiler: it does).

The series finale is alternately sad and joyful — and hilarious, at times. There’s a very funny scene that mentions this very site, Yahoo, that might set you yodeling.

The series finale of Halt and Catch Fire airs Saturday at 9 p.m. on AMC.
