Haines City 19-year-old killed in shooting, police seek information

The Haines City Police Department is seeking information after an unknown shooter fired into a car, killing a 19-year-old, according to the department.

Dyreon Outsey died at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center from his injuries.

At about 12:40 p.m. on Sunday, the shooter fired into a Toyota along Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way. The shooter has not been located and the police ask the public to come forward.
