Habitat for Humanity Quad Cities helps neighborhood at Rock the Block

A lot of sprucing up is happening in a Davenport neighborhood.

Habitat for Humanity Quad Cities hosted its Rock the Block initiative along Brown St. between Herington Park and 14th St. Volunteers from the QCA spent the day on minor home repairs, landscaping and beautification projects. Organizers and volunteers say it’s great to see how the effort is making a big impact in the community.

Rock the Block is part of Habitat`s new Central City Repair Program to serve low-income residents. For more information, click here.
