Gwyneth Paltrow Sets Record Straight On Her Kid's Carbs: They Love 'Hot Cheetos & Coke'

Despite reports that Gwyneth Paltrow makes her kids avoid carbs, the actress set the record straight with Access Hollywood about what she's feeding her little ones - and it's not just healthy food.

"I actually didn't cut out carbs. I never said I cut out carbs," the actress and GOOP guru told Access on Thursday when asked about reports that she was making Apple, 8, and Moses, 6, skip carbohydrates altogether.

The "It's All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great" author quotes were about avoiding gluten due to their intolerance of it.

In fact, Gwyneth and rocker Chris Martin's kids get to splurge.

"They have tons of cheat days and tons of cheat meals," she told Access at the opening of Tracy Anderson flagship studio in Brentwood, Calif.

"It's about balance you know?" she continued. "They love a brown rice stir-fry, but they also love hot Cheetos and Coke."
