Gwyneth Paltrow's new cookbook, though, is real, and it's gotten some backlash. Unsurprisingly, dropping names Jamie Oliver and Stella McCartney, demanding readers buy agave syrup and spelt, and fantasizing in print about zucchini blossoms don't play well with the populists (who probably won't trouble to read the relatively decent recipes accompanying these ruminations).
