Green Bay PD: Felony arrest warrant canceled for second El Ranchito robbery suspect

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A felony arrest warrant for a Bellevue woman in connection to an armed robbery at El Ranchito in February has been canceled, authorities announced on Wednesday.

According to the Green Bay Police Department, Abigail Guerrero, 30, appeared in Brown County Circuit Court on April 1. A warrant was issued for her arrest on March 13, 2024, following charges being filed against her in the case.

The release states that when speaking with police about the El Ranchito robbery incident on February 17, Guerrero identified the suspect as a man and gave a description but claimed to have never seen the suspect before and was unsure of who he was but was afraid that he might shoot her.

The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged Guerrero on March 12, 2024 with the following:

  • Armed Robbery – PTAC, as a Party to a Crime

  • Obstructing an Officer

Reinaldo Fuentes-Nietzsche of Bellevue, 26, has also been charged in connection with the robbery.

The investigation into February’s alleged robbery remains active and no other details have been released.
