GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay man charged with sexually assaulting a child for over three years appeared in court on Thursday, where he was arraigned.
Court records show 20-year-old Haziel Santos appeared with an attorney where the bond was continued. He will be back in court on August 15 at 9:00 a.m. for a status hearing.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay man charged with sexually assaulting a child for over 3 years appeared in court on Tuesday.
Court records show that 20-year-old Haziel Santos appeared in court with an attorney in person for a preliminary hearing.
The present bond was continued and an arraignment is scheduled for May 23 at 3:00 p.m.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay man charged with sexually assaulting a child for over 3 years was back in court on Wednesday.
Court records show 20-year-old Haziel Santos appeared in court via video for an adjourned initial appearance.
The present bond was continued and Santos is scheduled to return to court at 9:30 a.m. on May 7 for a preliminary hearing.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A man from Green Bay had his first court appearance on March 1 after getting charged for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor repeatedly.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 20-year-old Haziel Santos is facing multiple charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a child over multiple years. On February 28, authorities spoke with a ten-year-old girl who claimed to have been sexually abused by Santos.
The child reportedly told officials that the incidents started when she was five years old. She then went into details of the alleged abuse.

The complaint says that Haziel would let the victim play on his phone in exchange for sexual favors.
On February 29 authorities spoke with Santos about the alleged incidents. When asked about what types of incidents happened at the victim’s residence, Santos reportedly said ‘Umm some events that shouldn’t have happened.’
Santos then explained the incidents to authorities and reportedly said that in total the sexual acts happened at least ten times. He then reportedly told authorities there was another victim.
He said he exposed himself to the second victim when he was around 12 to 13 years old. The victim was believed to be in elementary school.
After the interview, authorities took Santos into custody and sent him to jail for the alleged sexual assault.

Up to 60 years in prison

Up to 25 years in prison
Exposing a Child to Harmful Material

Up to three and a half years in prison
Court records show that Santos was in court on March 1 for his initial appearance and had his cash bond set at $100,000. Santos is scheduled to be back in court on May 1 for his adjourned initial appearance.
