Green Bay Area Public Schools unveil Plan C in the District’s boundary changes

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – An advisory committee met on Tuesday night to discuss a new scenario for the Green Bay Area Public Schools district’s resizing.

After Plan A and Plan B stirred up a lot of opposition, Plan C would also open up a new elementary school on Green Bay’s west side.

A referendum would need to pass for some of the changes to happen.

“Tonight was about narrowing down what scenario C would look like so we know what we’re bringing to the community on May 7,” said Lori Blakeslee, GBAPS Director of Communications.

Board Members are concerned about too much change too soon, but dwindling enrollment continues to be a challenge.
