Graphic Packaging announces secondary offering

ATLANTA (AP) -- Graphic Packaging Holding Co. said Tuesday that there is a secondary offering of 25 million shares of its common stock by some of its existing shareholders.

The Atlanta company, which makes packaging for food and consumer products, said that the selling stockholders plan to give the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 3.8 million shares.

Graphic Packaging won't be selling any shares in the offering or receive any proceeds from it.
