AMARILLO, Texas (AP) — A prosecutor says a Texas Panhandle grand jury's decision is to be revealed in sex assault cases against eccentric millionaire artist Stanley Marsh 3 (three).
Special prosecutor Matt Powell said the Potter County panel's decision will likely be released Thursday, one day after it reviewed evidence alleging 11 felony counts.
The 75-year-old Marsh is accused of molesting a 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy in 2010. He's been free on bail since turning himself in after an arrest warrant was issued in November alleging six counts of sexual assault and five counts of sexual performance by a child.
If convicted, Marsh faces up to 20 years in prison per count. His attorneys have denied the allegations.
In February, Marsh settled lawsuits from teenagers alleging he paid them for sex acts.
