Grains futures mostly fall, livestock prices rise

Wheat, corn and soybean futures fall on the CBOT; beef and pork prices rise

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures mostly fell Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery fell 8.25 cents to $6.945 a bushel; July corn fell 7.75 cents to $6.5725 a bushel; July oats were flat at $3.63 a bushel; while July soybeans fell 13.75 cents to $14.88 a bushel.

Beef and pork prices rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle rose 0.03 cent to $1.2140 a pound; August feeder cattle added 0.38 cent to $1.46 a pound; June lean hogs rose 0.93 cent to 95.65 cents a pound.
