Grain futures rise, lifestock prices mixed

Wheat, corn and soybean futures rise on the CBOT; beef and pork prices mixed

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grain prices mostly rose Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 4.75 cents to $7.84 a bushel; March corn rose 1.25 cent to $7.3050 a bushel; March oats were flat at $3.6125 a bushel; while March soybeans rose 7.25 cents to $14.55 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle rose 0.02 cent to $1.3342 a pound; March feeder cattle fell 0.20 cent to $1.4970 a pound; April lean hogs were flat at 89.05 cents a pound.
