Grain futures mostly rise, pork prices fall

Wheat, corn and soybean futures rise on the CBOT; pork prices fall

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures mostly rose Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery rose 3 cents to $6.63 a bushel; September corn rose 7.5 cents to $5.3325 a bushel; September oats fell 3.25 cents to $3.57 a bushel; while August soybeans jumped 23.5 cents to $14.555 a bushel.

Beef prices were mixed, while pork prices fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle rose 0.12 cent to $1.2207 a pound; August feeder cattle fell 0.20 cent to $1.5160 a pound; August lean hogs fell 2.20 cents to 95.55 cents a pound.
