Grain futures mostly fall, livestock prices mixed

Wheat, corn and soybean futures fall on the CBOT; beef and pork prices mixed

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures mostly fell Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery fell 3.25 cents to $7.005 a bushel; May corn fell 4.25 cents to $6.59 a bushel; May oats were flat at $3.7475 a bushel; while May soybeans fell 4.5 cents to $14.07 a bushel.

Beef and pork prices were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle added 0.02 cent to $1.2047 a pound; May feeder cattle fell 0.35 cent to $1.397 a pound; June lean hogs slipped 0.10 cent to 88.92 cents a pound.
