Grain futures mostly fall, livestock prices down
Wheat, corn and soybean futures fall, while oat futures rise on the CBOT
CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures mostly fell Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery fell 6.75 cents to $7.0225 a bushel; May corn fell 6.25 cents to $6.4575 a bushel; May oats added 8.5 cents to $4.005 a bushel; while May soybeans fell 11 cents to $14.1725 a bushel.
Beef and pork prices fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle fell 0.48 cent to $1.2082 a pound; May feeder cattle fell 0.60 cent to $1.386 a pound; June lean hogs fell 0.75 cent to 89.45 cents a pound.
