Grain futures mostly fall, beef prices rise

Wheat, corn and oat futures fall on the CBOT; beef prices rise

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures mostly fell Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery fell 2.75 cents to $6.4575 a bushel; July corn fell 23.75 cents to $6.555 a bushel; July oats fell 6 cents to $3.9525 a bushel; while July soybeans rose 6 cents to $15.705 a bushel.

Beef prices rose, while pork prices fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle rose 0.15 cent to $1.2217 a pound; August feeder cattle rose 1.77 cent to $1.5122 a pound; July lean hogs fell 0.20 cent to $1.0107 cents a pound.
