Grace Victoria Cox To Topline Indie Drama ‘Savage Youth’

EXCLUSIVE: Grace Victoria Cox (Under The Dome) has has been tapped for the lead in Savage Youth, an indie drama based on a true story that is now shooting in Chicago. Michael Curtis Johnson (Hunky Dory) wrote and is directing the pic, which was developed through Venice’s Beinnale program last year.

The film is inspired by actual crime involved race relations in a small town. Cox will play the narrator at the center of the story.

Michael Peluso, Jenny Napier and Charlene Lee are producers.

Cox just wrapped the indie Public Affairs opposite Adrien Grenier and Mimi Rogers and is next up in Showtime’s Twin Peaks reboot. Her TV credits also include Lifetime’s Manson’s Lost Girls. She’s repped by Paradigm, Authentic Talent and Literary Management, and attorney Karl Austen.
