PGA star Rickie Fowler scored a quick buyer for his waterfront estate in Jupiter, FL. The luxury home sold for $2.85 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The house is located in the exclusive gated community of Carmel Landing. Situated along the Loxahatchee River, it came on the market in late September and quickly went under contract. The deal closed on Nov. 17, and the sale price is on par with what Fowler was asking for.

The 4,600-square-foot house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The master suite features a walk-in closet and luxurious bath. The home boasts a chef’s kitchen with chocolate and white cabinets, huge island, and glass doors that lead to the backyard and 123 feet of river frontage. Out back, there are two boat lifts and a private dock.

The sale price puts it in the top 10 for sales in Jupiter over the past six months, a list topped by a $7.4 million sale in June.

Buyers curious about living in Carmel Landing currently have two other (much less expensive!) options: a four-bedroom home for $1.5 million and a five-bedroom property for just under a million.

Fowler, who is said to have bought another nearby home earlier this year, paid $1.6 million for his riverfront property in 2010. The pro golfer, who reportedly has earned $26 million during his golfing career, is fourth in the Official World Golf Ranking.
