BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The U.S. Marshal’s Task Force needs assistance locating a parolee at large.

Elmer Santos-Garcia, 34, is currently on parole for sexual acts with a child under the age of 14, according to marshals. Santos Garcia has family ties to Bakersfield and Lamont.

Santos-Garcia has tattoos on the chest and arm area. He weighs about 160 pounds and is 5 feet 5 inches tall.
