China's Long Chen just won the gold medal in Badminton and had the absolute best and most wonderful "I won a g-d gold medal!" freak outs of all time. It's world-class, just like his badminton playing. Let's check out all of the stages of winning a gold. (Which is probably what all gold medalists goes through, they just don't show it off as vibrantly!)
1. He completes his final shot like a boss:
2. He's like, "HOLY SHIT I JUST WON THE GOLD?!"
3. He's all, "Fine, I'll show you my abs!" J/K, he was probably just like, "GET THIS SHIRT OFF OF ME I AM AN OLYMPIC CHAMPION."
4. He's literally overwhelmed with emotion:
5. Tears of absolute joy:
6. One of his coaches is like, "Dude, you gotta get up":
7. And he's all, "No, dude. I do what I want and what I want to do right now is cry on this floor":
8. And he's like, "Fine I'll get up but you have to lift me I'M TOO EMOTIONAL!"
9. And he's back down. Winning a gold medal is intense, people!
10. OK, fine, he's up! And hugging it out with coaches:
11. And competitors, because that's what champs do:
12. Thumbs up for total domination:
13. This move is simply called the "fuck yeah":
14. Getting that gold:
15. Kissing that gold, which is the final move in the gold medal stages of emotions. Congrats, Long Chen!
