Going sober? Deceptively easy non-alcoholic cocktails to try at home
To coincide with the Go Sober for October campaign, Seedlip's founder and master distiller Ben Branson has shared four exclusive cocktail recipes with us - all of which are impressive but, he promises, not too technical for a week night.
Branson has made it his mission to solve the dilemma of what to drink when you're not drinking. As well as distilling the spirit, he is also increasingly well-known for his ingenious, creative serves.
According to Telegraph columnist Victoria Moore, Branson is in touch with the zeitgeist of an increasingly less boozy Britain: "Britain has a reputation as being a nation of boozers, but drinking habits are changing," she reports. "Alcohol consumption has dropped by more than 18 per cent since 2004."
