Did Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady renew their wedding vows?

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady may have said “I do” for the third time.

On Valentine’s Day, the supermodel posted a photo of the pretty pair — who have been recovering from the Super Bowl in Costa Rica, where they have long owned a home — in which they are kissing under a decorated arbor on the beach. She’s wearing a flowing blue gown, one that is way more glam than your typical beach cover-up and is showing some leg while she’s barefoot. The football star has on a blue shirt, shorts, and sneakers.

“Happy Valentine’s Day!” Gisele, 37, wrote in English and Portuguese. “Sending so much love to all!”

If this is a vow renewal — a rep for Bündchen has not yet responded to our inquiry — this will be their third wedding. The pair officially married in a private ceremony, with only immediate family, at St. Monica Catholic Church in Santa Monica, Calif., on Feb. 26, 2009. Brady’s then 1-year-old son from his relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan, John, was among the attendees.

Just a few months later, on April 4, 2009, they had a bigger wedding in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. It was also private (who has a public wedding other than, like, Bachelor people and Maria Menounos), but a much splashier affair with Gisele wearing a gown with a 10-foot train. The day wasn’t without drama, however. Two bodyguards shot at paparazzi — and they were later convicted of attempted murder and sentenced to five years in prison.

In November 2009, a month before they welcomed their first child together, Tom, 40, talked about the wedding. “The thing about it is, the day’s for you,” he said told GQ of keeping it simple. “It’s nothing personal against anybody, but it’s not about them. It’s about what you and your wife need for that day.” (They are now parents to Ben, 8, and Vivian, 5.)

The pair, who have had their ups and downs, later shared wedding pics while marking various anniversaries.

Prior to that, the only other Brady-Bündchen wedding pics we’d seen were grainy paparazzi shots (see above), none of which showed the details of her dress or hair, or that look of love in their eyes.

And in this new pic of the possible vow renewal, they clearly only have eyes for each other. Lips too.
