Gilda’s Club, Moline, presents workshop on palliative, hospice care

Gilda’s Club will host a free educational workshop entitled “Palliative Care & Hospice Workshop” for anyone impacted by cancer from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Monday, April 8, at Gilda’s Club Quad Cities Moline Clubhouse, at 600 John Deere Road, Suite 101, Moline, according to a news release.

Confused about palliative care vs. hospice or just want to learn more? Join us for a clear explanation of these important services. Learn who might benefit from each, and when.

Teal VanDamme of Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care will be the presenter.

This workshop is open to anyone impacted by cancer. All programs are offered at no cost. Participants can register to attend in-person or virtually via Zoom. Registration is required.
