Germany Won't Sign ACTA... Yet
Germany reportedly will not sign the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA), according to various sources. Germany had pledged it would sign earlier, but because of its stature, Germany's bailing as Techdirt notes, could possibly halt ACTA. Smaller states like Latvia, Poland and the Czech Republic have already said they won't sign the bill.
