BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany will reach out to a new Italian government with an open mind, government spokesman Steffen Seibert said on Friday, stressing that Berlin wants to cooperate with Rome to deal together with big challenges facing Europe. "We are waiting for the formation of a government and we will approach this new government with an open mind," Seibert told a regular government news conference in Berlin.
