Kellyanne Conway tweeted, “Sleepy Joe is Creepy Joe. We need Ukraine’s help to defeat THIS guy?” including a video of former Vice President Joe Biden describing interactions he had with kids when he used to be a lifeguard.
The impeachment inquiry is seeking whether Trump sought a quid pro quo by withholding military assistance to Ukraine and dangling a White House meeting between the two country's presidents over the announcement of investigations into Biden, one of Trump's 2020 rivals, and his son Hunter.
George Conway's response? “Your boss apparently thought so,” directly responding to his wife by quote-tweeting her post.

George Conway has been a loud critic of Trump before, despite his wife’s prominent position within the administration, including repeatedly questioning his mental stability and publicly supporting impeaching Trump.
Kellyanne Conway has been combative of her husband’s tweets before, and the attention they draw.
During a confrontational conversation with a Washington Examiner reporter, Kellyanne Conway expressed frustration that her husband’s anti-Trump tweets and commentary were in an article about Trump potentially considering her as his next chief of staff.
Recently, Trump, speaking to Fox & Friends a few weeks ago, praised his senior adviser, but noted that she is "married to a total whack job."
Trump joked that Kellyanne Conway, who has been an unshakable Trump supporter and defender, must have “done some bad things” to her husband over the years for him to behave the way he does.
The impeachment inquiry moves to the next phase this week, shifting from the fact-gathering hearings of the Intelligence Committee to a hearing in the Judiciary Committee, which will decide whether to recommend articles of impeachment.
Again claiming the impeachment investigation is unfair, the White House told a congressional committee it will not participate in the new hearing this week.
