General Mills to buy Buffalo Blue Pet Products, HP Enterprise sees revenue growth, and Wingstop shares drop

Buffalo Blue Pet Products (BUFF): General Mills will buy the pet food brand for $40 a share, for a total of $8 billion.

HP Enterprise (HPE): Shares are climbing in midday trade. The cloud computing and data center company reported a wide earnings beat, seeing growth in revenue from its servers and networking units.

Wingstop (WING): Shares are dropping in early trading. The chicken wing chain beat on earnings and revenue, but guidance missed Street estimates.
