Gas installation to impact Stratford Road on Wednesday

Jan. 3—Traffic on Stratford Road Southwest will be impacted Wednesday as a Decatur Utilities crew installs gas service at a home near the Walter Jackson tennis courts.

The crew plans to install a gas service at 1607 Stratford Road S.E. between 8 a.m. until about 1 p.m. This will require traffic flow to merge into one lane on Stratford Road between 16th Avenue and Woodmont Drive.
