Samsung confirmed earlier this week that its next-generation Galaxy Note III phablet will be unveiled alongside the brand new Galaxy Gear smartwatch during a press conference on September 4th. While the new devices themselves won’t be much of a surprise now, we still haven’t seen any leaked photos of either the Note III or the Gear’s final hardware. Actually, despite the fact that component leaks are now more rampant than ever, Tuesday marked the first time any of the Galaxy Note III’s final hardware leaked when photos of the phablet’s display were published on two separate blogs. Now, another photo of Samsung’s Note III display assembly has been published by a Japanese blog called Ringer Blue and this time it’s shown next to the panel from the Note II. As is quite clear in the photo, the new model features a display that is significantly larger that the Galaxy Note II screen, however the bezel surrounding the panel is far smaller so the overall size difference is minimal. The leaked photo follows below.

Samsung’s Galaxy Note III is expected to launch shortly after it is unveiled next week and it reportedly features a 5.7-inch HD display, a quad-core 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor or an eight-core Exynos 5 Octa chipset depending on region, a 13-megapixel camera, 3GB of RAM, Android 4.3, a massive battery and S Pen stylus support.
