FutureFuel declares special dividend of $1.20

CLAYTON, Mo. (AP) — Biofuel and specialty chemical maker FutureFuel Corp. on Wednesday declared a special cash dividend of $1.20 on its common stock.

The dividend will be paid on Dec. 17 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 3. The company also will pay its regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents on the same day.

Clayton, Mo.-based FutureFuel said it also plans to pay normal quarterly dividends of 11 cents on March 15, June 17, Sept. 17 and Dec. 16.

FutureFuel shares ended Wednesday trading unchanged at $11.48.
