Funnyman Mike Myers has scooped up a Manhattan pad, which is being hailed as “paparazzi-proof,” says The Observer. Of course, the Titanic was billed as unsinkable, too. Just sayin’.

Myers and his wife, Kelly Tisdale, bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo in the Tribeca building at 443 Greenwich. The apartment features private elevator access, marble finishes, oak parquet floors, and an open kitchen with high ceiling. The building boasts a 71-foot indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, and recent interest from actress Jennifer Lawrence, who reportedly checked out a unit there.

The Observer says that Myers used the Perry Trust to pay $14.65 million for the property, the same shield he used in 2007 to buy his Mercer Street penthouse, which he’s been trying to sell for more than $20 million for the past year.

Mansion Global dug into property records and found Myers’ unit is one of the most expensive sales to close in the luxe building. Local comps support the price—it’s just down the block from a $27.5 million listing at 464 Greenwich, the home of J. Crew CEO Mickey Drexler.

Myers, who holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Canada, was co-creator of Wayne’s World on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” in the late 1990s. He’s also starred in the title roles in the “Austin Powers” and “Shrek” films.
