Frontier adds direct flights to PHL from Buffalo for $19

CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Frontier Airlines will soon offer non-stop flights from Buffalo to Philadelphia.

“We’re thrilled to add yet another destination to our route map from Buffalo,” said Josh Flyr, Frontier Airlines vice president of network and operations design. “From the east coast to Florida, and as far west as Denver, we continue to increase the availability of convenient, low-cost flight options for consumers in western New York.”

To celebrate this, the airline is offering discounted rates for a limited time, including an introductory rate of $19. Other discounted flights through Frontier include one-way bookings to Orlando, Tampa, Denver, Atlanta, Raleigh and Charlotte.

The discount, direct flights between Buffalo and Philadelphia begin June 6 and will take place three times per week. Anyone looking to take advantage of the low price has to get their tickets before April 11 though.

That $19 rate applies to flights booked from early June through Aug. 31, with a number of windows blocked out in July. A round trip purchase is not required.
