Friendly alligator attempts to ring neighbor's doorbell
Hello, there. Do you have any alligator snacks?
A bold alligator managed to walk its way right up to the door of a Moncks Corner, South Carolina, home on Monday, and even propped itself up on the front door.
Now gators are pretty common around these parts this time of year, local media reports, but the front porch is way too close for comfort.
Fortunately, Jamie Bailey, the owner of the home, was at work when the gator was trying to invade. But when she arrived home, she found a bunch of scratches on the front of the house, ABC 4 reports.
Gary Rogers, who filmed the incident, says that the gator stayed around the neighborhood for about an hour before returning to its own home.
