French news agency AFP says photographer killed in Kabul blast

KABUL (Reuters) - French news agency Agence France-Presse (AFP) confirmed that one of its photographers had been killed on Monday in an explosion in the Afghan capital, Kabul, that hit journalists who had gathered to cover an earlier blast.
