Francis of Assisi Parish to host Catholic Prayer Breakfast March 20

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — St. Francis of Assisi Parish is set to host the sixth annual Kern Catholic Prayer Breakfast March 20.

Kern parishioners are invited to pray the Rosary and the Mass starting at 6 a.m. followed by a breakfast and a keynote address by Steve Ray, who also goes by “Jerusalem Jones.”

The theme of this year, speech is “Defending the Eucharist: You Are What You Eat.” Tickets are $30 and can be purchased at KernCatholic.com. Tickets will be on sale until March 14.
