France's Macron to run for presidency: source

PARIS (Reuters) - Emmanuel Macron will announce on Wednesday that he will run for the French presidency, a source close to the former economy minister said on Tuesday. "He has made up his mind and the decision was taken a long time ago," the source said, adding that Macron did not believe Socialist President Francois Hollande was well placed to vie for a second mandate.
