On Thursday the set of “Fox & Friends” dedicated a few moment to a military parade — in North Korea.

“Brand new video coming into our newsroom, showing North Korea’s military parade. The event celebrating their 70th anniversary of having an army,” co-host Brian Kilmeade said before treating viewers do some uninterrupted footage of goose-stepping soldiers.

“The parade, typically held in April, coming on the eve of the Winter Olympics in South Korea. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un also making a speech during the parade,” said Kilmeade.

The same parade was also hyped by rival Mika Brzezinksi on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” who used it as an opportunity to disparage President Trump’s plan to hold a similar event in Washington, D.C.

Kilmeade didn’t quite go that far, but the show’s decision to hype the North Korean pageantry comes just a day after the “Fox & Friends” host complained on-air about the U.S. parade’s estimated $20 million price tag.

“Seem like a waste of money,” he said on Wednesday, throwing cold water on Steve Doocy’s usual Trumpian sycophancy.

That sentiment was repeated during an interview with fellow co-host Pete Hegseth, who did his best to strike a triumphal tone.

“This should be a celebration of our military,” he said. “Done correctly, it could be a big boost to our country as well.”

Kilmeade, whose resting Kilmeade face was scrunched into a scowl as Hegseth spoke, wasn’t having it.

“The cost of $20 million I think is prohibitive, especially if it comes out of the defense budget,” he said. “It seems to me on the things to do list, I would rather than $20 million at the VA”
