Four injured in Russian overnight missile attack on Kyiv Oblast - photos of impact sites
A Russian missile attack on Kyiv Oblast injured four people and damaged houses, agricultural buildings, and vehicles, regional governor, Ruslan Kravchenko, reported on Telegram on March 21.
Individuals sustained shrapnel wounds to their limbs and faces, with one person hospitalized, Kravchenko reported. Destruction and fires occurred in six settlements across four districts of the Oblast at the missile impact sites, contained by emergency services.
Russian attack damaged over 40 private residential buildings, two multi-story buildings, 12 cars, a lyceum, and power lines, he said.
Investigators have launched a pre-trial investigation into violations of laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), carrying a possible penalty of 12 years' imprisonment.

Russian forces attacked Kyiv for the first time in 44 days on March 21. Ukraine's Air Force confirmed that the Russians deployed two ballistic missiles (Iskander-M and Kh-47M2 Kinzhal) and 29 cruise missiles from 11 Tu-95MS bombers. The missiles approached from the north, with most intercepted in the Kyiv Oblast.
Thirteen people were injured in the Russian attack, Serhiy Popko, the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, said. No fatalities were reported.
