Four arrested in Norwich following narcotics search warrant: what are the charges?

Four people have been arrested as the result of a lengthy investigation into narcotics activity within Norwich.

Members of the Connecticut State Police Violent Crime Task Force East Office, Norwich Police Department Detective Division and the Norwich Police Department Patrol Division executed a search warrant at a residence on Franklin Street in Norwich Thursday. The search resulted in the arrest of Richard Davis, 34, Meaghan Sullivan, 26, and Brenna Sulinski, 42, all of Norwich, and Thomas Colston, 39, of Manhattan, New York.

According to police, Davis was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a drug factory.

Sullivan was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear in the second degree.

Sulinski was charged with failure to appear in the second degree and Colston was charged with interfering with an officer.
