PEA RIDGE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Three adults and a minor are arrested for the assault of an 18-year-old man in Pea Ridge, according to court documents.

Ashton Anderson, 19, Donavin Kester, 19, and Devin Martin, 18, were arrested on charges of second-degree battery and engaging in violent criminal group activity.

A minor, whose name remains withheld by the court, was also arrested on charges of second-degree battery, engaging in violent criminal group activity and aggravated assault.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Treyzon Milne-Jones, 18, was allegedly jumped by 10 to 12 people just down the road from his grandmother’s house on April 24.

The document says Milne-Jones was attacked after meeting up with a friend and going for a walk.

“I got swung at and I turned around to like run away. And then I just started feeling like punches and kicks everywhere,” Milne-Jones said.

In a video of the incident, Milne-Jones can be seen being punched and kicked by Anderson, Kester and Martin, along with other individuals.

“I protected myself the best I could, covered myself and prayed until it stopped,” Milne-Jones said.

Milne-Jones says he knew the people who attacked him.

“One of the boys in the group harassed me at my work multiple times before this and that’s the only thing I can think of why,” Milne-Jones said.

The affidavit said a female can be seen in the video holding a knife in her left hand. The video shows her striking Milne-Jones with the knife in the back multiple times before throwing the knife down and punching him in the back.

Milne-Jones can be heard screaming for help as they hit and kicked him, according to the affidavit. The document said that Kester could be seen choking Jones.

After the incident, Milne-Jones said he ran back to his grandmother’s house where he contacted the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

Anderson, Kester, Martin and the unnamed minor were taken into custody and questioned about the incident.

The affidavit mentions that Anderson, Kester and Martin told police they started the fight because Milne-Jones was “talking s—” over social media.

Milne-Jones was taken to a local hospital, where doctors reported he had no broken bones, according to the affidavit.

“I had lumps in my head. I had bruises all over basically. I had cuts and lots of soreness,” Milne-Jones said.

The Herrera Law Group is representing Milne- Jones and is asking people who know more about what happened  to come forward.

“We believe there may be more videos and we believe there may have been pre-planning with other witnesses. We believe there may be more photos, more information, statements from the people involved,” Aaron Cash, partner at Herrera Law Group, said.

Anderson, Kester and Martin were each booked on a $15,000 bond. All three have a court date set for June 3.
