Forum on drug injection sites coming to Buffalo
A statewide tour to raise awareness and provide education about safe injection sites will make a stop in Buffalo Tuesday, May 3. It's sponsored locally by Evergreen Health, a health service provider that covers many areas including HIV, sexual health and substance user health. There will be an exhibit in Lafayette Square from 1:00-5:00 P.M. which will show people what safe injection facilities look like and how they operate. A film will be screened at Hotel Lafayette from 6:00-8:00 P.M.
