Former NFL player surprises two single moms in Georgia
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Former NFL star and Catholic High alumni, Warrick Dunn surprised two single mothers, I’Keirra and Barbara in Georgia.
According to Adam Schick, of The Wilbert Group, the former NFL player gave the two mothers a “life-changing surprise in the form of a $5,000 down-payment assistance check and $10,000 worth of furnishings from Aaron’s.”
This was made possible through Warrick Dunn Charities, and its program, Homes for the Holidays. The former NFL running back has been assisting single parents through Warrick Dunn Charities for over 25 years.

The event for I’Keirra and Barbara was the 222nd and 223rd home celebrations for the charity organization.
