Former Campbell County judge charged with human trafficking
Timothy Nolan, 70, of California, Kentucky, was arraigned in Boone County District Court Friday for crimes he's accused of committing in August of 2016, according to Beshear. Nolan "knowingly induced, assisted or caused" the under-18 victim to "engage in illegal sexual activity" and he gave alcohol to the minor, according to court records. Judge Elizabeth Chandler ordered Nolan to wear an ankle monitor and to have not contact with the victims and family.
