Manzo, 46, and her boyfriend, millionaire David Canton, 37, surprised two burglars after returning to her Holmdel, N.J., townhouse Saturday night.
Police say the masked intruders beat Canton with a baseball bat and punched her in the face.
Just hours before the attack, she was at the communion of her godchild, the daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice.
